Colour: Ruby red, with tendency to carnet
Bouquet: Robust, but very refined with balsamic sensations and hints of fruit and vanilla.
Taste: Charming, soft and elegant dry with hints of wood and a lovely undertone of ripe fruit which is peculiar to the Castelnuovo Berardenga area.
Serving notes: Serve at 21C. Open bottle an hour prior to serving or decant.
