The Vigna Bordò or Bordeaux Vine is the younger of the 3 siblings (along with the Silver and Gold Vines) in this fine range of aged balsamic vinegars by Compagnia del Montale, Modena.

Using the sweetest, ripest Trebbiano grapes from the Modena area and following the classic artisan ageing methods in small wooden barrels, the bronze label is an extremely versatile balsamic vinegar. Complex enough to accompany and enhance marinades and sauces with its appetizing aroma, yet delicate and with perfect balanced acidity for salads and dressings. Great with vegetables too.

Contains no colourants, thickeners, flavourings or preservatives. Will keep for years.
