This is an authentic, aged balsamic vinegar from the Acetaia of Compagnia del Montale in Modena. In terms of aging, the Vigna d'Argento or Silver Vine is a blend of vinegars aged for a minimum of 4 years and sits between the Bronze and Gold Vines within this wonderful range.

Made from only the finest, ripest Trebbiano grapes from Modena, it is then aged in wooden casks of different woods. The Silver Vine is an outstanding and versatile balsamic which does wonders to salads but can also be used for marinades on vegetable and grilled meats.

Contains no colourants, denseners, flavourings or preservatives. Will keep for years.
