Our fine selection of authentic balsamic vinegar is made by two artisan producers, one from each of the certified production zones. Borgo del Balsamico from Reggio Emilia and Compagnia del Montale from Modena. Unlike most balsamic vinegars, ours do not contain any artificial colorants, sweeteners, thickeners etc.
The selection represents incomparable price/quality and includes both young and aged vinegars, right up to the majestic 25 year old Extravecchio.
