The yellow label is the youngest of these authentic balsamic vinegars and is fragrant, vibrant and lively in flavour, making it a great accompaniment for meat and fish or as a dressing for salads and marinades.

It is aged in French oak barriques and you can instantly taste the woody undertones which add a real elegance to the dish. This wonderful set of balsamics is far removed from anything you would get in the supermarket.
