Extra-tasty black olive paté! Black Sicilian olives from the fertile groves of the Mount Etna National Park, renowned for their full flavour, are carefully blended with herbs, spices and a hint of chilli.

This is one of the classic Mediterranean antipasti. Its smooth rich flavour is ideal for warm crostini, toast or crackers and served as a luscious starter, perfect as part of a few tapenades. Can also be added to other dishes to provide a wonderful olive taste.
