Porchetta is one fof Italy's most famous meats. Ours is prepared by artisan expert Signor Gelli at his workshop near Siena in Tuscany.

Premium quality pork loin is wrapped in Pancetta (if you've never tried it, Mr Gelli's Pancetta is fabulous, a Double Gold winner at the Great Taste Awards) and seasoned with Tuscan herbs and spices. It produces a lovely aroma and savoury flavour and excellent on panini or makes fabulous party food. Just slice it and off you go!

Try it also as a delicious starter with vegetables in oil and pickles.
