Andrea Slitti, Italian chocolatier of the year, has spent years researching the best cocoa blends from plantations around the world to achieve the most enhanced natural flavours and aromas. The award winning Gran Cacao range is the result and features a blend of cocoa beans from 5 different plantations in central America.

The range consists of varying percentages of cocoa - this is the 73% cocoa bar. Its perfectly balanced bitterness, blending and full flavour will satisfy even the most demanding chocolate connoisseur. 

A true gourmet dark chocolate without the expense.
