A delightful cocktail of two of Italy's finest mushrooms, the flavoursome Muschio (volvaria volvacea) and the succulent White Button or common Champignon mushroom. They rest in a traditional Sicilian dressing of capers, peppers, chillies, mint, oregano and laurel.

They make both a delicious antipasto on thier own as part of an Italian platter and a great side dish for cured or grilled meats.
