This is an estate-bottled, organic extra virgin olive oil produced by Giuseppe Giordano on his farm near Messina in north Sicily. It is a blend of classic fruity Sicilian olives, the Santagatese, Leccino and Cerasuolo. They produce a full-bodied flavour with hints of spice and freshly cut grass with a nice pepper finish.
