This organic Linguine (little tongues) pasta is made from high quality durum wheat from the Montebello organic farm in Umbria. It is a long, flat pasta which combines well with all olive oil based sauces whether creamy or tomato based. Great with fish and meat sauces as well, but smooth not chunky.
