Italy is one of the world's largest producers of Organic (or Bio) foods and we've sourced a cross section of many fine examples. From olive oils to tomato and pasta sauces.

We have pasta itself from the Montebello Orgainc farm in Umbria (one of the pioneers of Organic farming in Italy) as well as rice, beans, spelt and Italian flour. All deliciously organic!
