The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks where the wine remains for 12 months. To develop its red bouquet, the "Cavaliere" has a further rest in the bottle for 1 month to produce a young wine with an exciting character. It is very drinkable and well worth getting to know. Goes well with antipasti, starters, red and white meat, grilled fish and young cheeses
