It contains a whole white truffle which has already been shaved into perfect sized pieces for garnishing your favourite dishes. You can add its amazing, unique flavour and aroma to hundreds of dishes; meats, vegetables, eggs, beans, cheese - even pizza! The shavings are best placed directly onto just-cooked dishes. Shelflife 3 to 5 years. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 7 days. TIP: any remaining pieces can be infused in olive oil or chopped finely and mixed into butter for your own lovely white truffle oil or butter.
