2 years in oak casks and a further 6 months maturing in the bottle to produce a refined and elegant red wine, with a big personality. Perfect for ragu sauces, red meats, aged cheeses and spicy dishes.
The 2005 Chianti Classico Riserva
Sangiovese expression at its best. Ideal for strong flavoured first courses, game, aged cheeses and full flavoured exotic dishes.
The 2003 Chianti Classico Millennium Riserva
A limited edition masterpiece. It is rested for 3 to 4 years in oak casks and then refined for a further 12-18 months in the bottle. Superb balance and structure make the Millennium Riserva a wine of elegance and class. Perfect for T-Bone steak, other red meat, game and aged cheeses.
