Paté di Cinghiale e spezie - Wildboar & Spices paté. Rosalia and Piero Caruso from Castelfiorentina near Siena, recently came across some ancient recipes for paté, handwritten by a lady called Eugenia and have faithfully recreated them to produce an award winning range of game paté and sauces. They called it Nonna Eugenia or Grandma Eugenia.
