A lovely, refreshing dry white wine produced by the Losi family at the Querciavalle Vineyards near Siena in Tuscany. It has a fragrant, elegant and floral bouquet with defined long-lasting fresh fruit flavour of apples and pears.
It also has a remarkable freshness and softness on the palate. It is exciting enough to drink as an aperitif wine on its own or with starters and refined enough to accompany rice, pasta, shell fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.

A smooth, balanced Rosé from the Querciavalle Vineyards near Siena in Tuscany. The vineyards are at the heart of the Siena Chianti DOCG region and this rosé derives from the same grapes selected for some of the finest Chianti from the area.
It has a fragrant bouquet of forest fruit and a surprisingly complex and refined flavour not often found in Rosé wines, with hints of cherry and raspberry and well balanced acidity.
It is a perfect wine to drink on its own and is excellent with appetisers, vegetable dishes and fish.

Arborio rice is the most famous and most common variety of Italian rice. It is renowned for its high starch content, great for creamy risottos and its large rounded grain that keeps its shape well during cooking and provides a more al dente taste and texture. Arborio is versatile enough to combine beautifully with any kind of dish but is especially suited as a base for risotto.
This is a Superior Category Arborio rice (the highest quality) cultivated in the famous rice growing area of Vercelli, Piedmont.
Durum wheat flour is blended with fresh summer truffles from Umbria and then extruded by hand to make a delicious and original pasta.
The truffle taste is consistent yet subtle which makes it a fabulous base flavour for hundreds of sauces. Perfect with both tomato and cream sauces.
