Obtained from quality, lean pork, the ‘curved’ salami is the most widespread and famous salami of the Calabrian tradition. This type of cured meat is also the most used because it is easy to consume and has a captivating flavour.
The Calabrian salami is made with only natural ingredients such as fresh pork and sweet bell peppers.
The fresh meat, after being selected, is finely chopped, then mixed together with sweet bell pepper and natural seasongs. The resulting mixture is then stuffed into a natural curved casing and cured for several weeks.
Perfect on its own, as part of a pasta sauce or on pizza.
