The Montanaro Salami is an impressive mountain salami from Abruzzo, made from only the leanest cuts of quality fresh pork meat.

The meat is medium ground and has a soft texture and mild flavour which is most agreeable.

It is seasoned with ground and whole black pepper grains, a little fresh garlic and with the addition of dry white wine.

Perfect as a starter on its own or in combination with other cured meats. Serve with fresh bread, grilled vegetables in oil, cheese and pickles. Cut into medium-sized slices. Delicious!

The Montanaro is seasoned with ground and whole black pepper grains, a little fresh garlic and with the addition of dry white wine. It is left to mature for 50 to 60 days.

Perfect as a starter on its own or in combination with other cured meats. Serve with fresh bread, grilled vegetables in oil, cheese and pickles. Cut into medium-sized slices.

This is the super-convenient mini-salami version.

NB this is an artisan cured meat produced by hand and weights may vary slightly.
