Spanish Artichoke Cream 200g

Crema del Alcachofa, a sumptuous cream of hand-selected artichokes with olive oil and spices.

This is an artisan product made from the finest Spanish artichokes which are hand selected to guarantee perfect condition and freshness. They are then blended with olive oil and spices and slowly cooked in a bain-marie.

Super tasty and is perfect on its own with bruschetta, toast or thick bread. Try it as a base for a delicious sandwich or a side to roasts. It is also a fantastic flavouring for pies, stews and sauces.

Artichokes boast many health properties. They are rich in minerals, especially potassium and have high Vitamins B1, B3 and E content. They have diuretic properties and are known to reduce blood pressure and cholesterol.

Contains no artificial colours or preservatives.
