Delicious green Nocellara dell’Etna olives from Sicily are immersed in a spicy chilli oil to produce a classic, tasty antipasto to grace any platter. Delicious on their own too.
The olives are from groves nestling in the shadow of Mount Etna, a wonderfully fertile area producing the world’s most aromatic fruits.
Eaten daily across the Med, we’ve found these spicy olives are very well appreciated in this country too – especially when accompanied by a nice chilled glass of prosecco!
Delicous on their own or as part of an antipasto platter with cheese or cured meats. Try these spicy olives in a pasta sauce or with fish!
Spicy black olives are also available, try mixing together for a lovely presentation and blend of tastes.
