Delicious black truffle fuet sausage from Spain.
Spanish Fuet is a tasty, aromatic dry-cured sausage originating from the Catalan Pyrenees. This is made from pork meat cured with black truffles, pepper and garlic.
Fuet is air dried and ready to eat. Cut into thin slices and use for tapas or together with a selection of other cured meats and cheese. It makes a lovely sandwich too. Add it to soups, stews and sauces for a lovely Spanish flavour twist!
