Superb extra quality, white asparagus spears. They are more tender and sweeter than green asparagus and a classic of Spanish and French cuisine. A typical Spanish tapa is white asparagus with aioli.
They are fantastic on their own with a garlic, olive oil and mayonnaise dip or as a salad entrée with oil and vinegar, as a side to meat dishes or in an omelette.
