Grana Padano is the Zanetti family’s signature cheese and they have been producing it now for 4 generations.

This is the ubiquitous 14-16 month aged version and makes the perfect grating cheese, strong enough to add depth of flavour to the dish but delicate enough not to surpress other flavours.

Grana Padano is also delicious on its own as a starter cheese with cured meats or shaved into all kinds of salads.

What is Grana Padano PDO?

It is an all natural cheese derived from partially skimmed cow’s milk from the designated Grana Padano region in the Padana valley (Northern Italy). The milk is processed almost immediately to preserve all its natural freshness and goodness.

Before maturing, the young cheese is then inspected and the consortium logo is imprinted as a guarantee of quality and traceability.
