Marzolino is a classic, semi-mature Italian sheep’s cheese with a soft texture, elegant aroma and a delightful sweetness of taste.
It is made from quality mountain sheep’s milk which is transformed within 24 hours of milking with a thin rind and is pearl white at its centre gradually becoming light yellow at its edges.
This marzolino is a brilliant all-rounder cheese and can be used with confidence at all occasions. Kids love it too!
It is excellent on a sandwich or as a starter with salami and cold cuts. Lovely with a bit of fizzy or other light white wines.
