Our Milano salami is produced near Siena in Tuscany by artisan experts Gelli Salumi. At 85 years old and with 65 years of cured meat craftsmanship behind him, Signor Gelli still oversees every step of the curing process.
Only the best quality pork and aromatic herbs are used and his Milano salami is prepared following traditional recipes handed down over generations. The result is fabulous!
A lovely consistency and a delicate yet persistent taste. Great for antipasti or served with all sorts of cheeses. Delicious in a salad or on a sandwich or pizza too!
