Spanish Fuet is a tasty, aromatic dry-cured sausage originating from the Catalan Pyrenees. It is made from pork meat flavoured with black pepper and garlic and this coating of pepper gives it extra flavour and a lovely rustic appearance.
Slice thinly and serve on its own with a glass of wine. It is delicious as part of a cured meat platter or with other tapas.
