Spanish Fuet is a tasty, aromatic dry-cured sausage originating from the Catalan Pyrenees. It is made from pork meat flavoured with black pepper and garlic.
This is a fabulous example of artisan-made Fuet, it is air dried and full of flavour.
Cut into thin slices and use for tapas or together with a selection of other cured meats and cheese. It makes a lovely sandwich too. Add it to soups, stews and sauces for a lovely Spanish flavour twist!
