This is the real stuff!
Tuscan-style pancetta is perfect for pasta dishes like Carbonara but adds a lovely flavour to 100s of sauces and fried dishes soffriti. Just dice and fry or grill. It is also delicious on its own, sliced thinly on toast, or crostini and stands out in a platter of cold meats.
The pancetta is expertly cured with spices (mainly black pepper) following traditional Tuscan recipes. You won’t find better than this.
This is our larger size piece of pancetta. Store in a cool place and cover cut end and will last for many weeks.
