Porchetta is one of Italy’s most famous meats. Our porchetta is prepared by artisan expert Signor Gelli at his workshop near Siena in Tuscany.
Premium quality pork loin is wrapped in Pancetta (if you’ve never tried it, Mr Gelli’s Pancetta is fabulous, a Double Gold winner at the Great Taste Awards) and seasoned with Tuscan herbs and spices. It produces a lovely aroma and savoury flavour and is perfect on panini or as part of a cured meat platter.
Porchetta also makes a delicious starter with vegetables in oil and pickles. Best cut thinly sliced .
