Asiago is a true classic DOP cow’s cheese from the mountain area of North Italy. This is the Asiago Pressato DOP version which is the youngest form and has a fresh, mild and sweet flavour with a hint of fruitiness.
It is soft and perfect on its own as a with bread or crackers or as part of a cheese platter. Try it with cured meats or fruit and honey. Pairs perfectly with a young fruity whites and prosecco.
