A delicious salami made by artisan experts near Siena. The Ungherese is a classic Italian salami (despite its name (Ungherese = Hungarian) with a very fine grain, lovely aroma and a slightly smoky flavour.
Ours is made with lean pieces of premium quality pork, mixed with herbs and paprika.
