The wild boar meat is finely ground and has a deliciously mild, savoury flavour, perfectly balanced with a hint of nuts and a relatively soft texture. The meat literally melts in the mouth!
It makes a wonderful starter on its own or as part of an antipasto platter with other cured meats and cheese. Wild boar salami also makes a wonderful addition to salads, risotto, sauces and an unbeatable gourmet sandwich too!
