Called Etna pesto, it is produced in Sicily under the shadow of Mount Etna and following timeless artisan methods, this chilli pesto combines the wonderful flavours of olives, peppers, mint and garlic along with a real kick of fiery red chilli.
Use it to enhance your pasta dishes or on its own as a great antipasto on crostini or crusty breads. Also a great way to add a chilli kick to many dishes.
