These cherry tomatoes (pomodorini) are suprememly tasty and succulent with an elegant sweetness which makes them perfect for all kinds of sauces. Try them as a base for fish sauces, meat ragus and sweet and sour dishes.
They are descended from the original tomatoes to arrive in Italy in 1544 which were yellow and called Pomi D’Oro (literally golden apples).
