Tomato with Clams Sauce Alle Vongole – 180g


Spaghetti alle Vongole is one of the most characteristic Italian seafood pasta dishes. Found in Italian restaurants in the summer, when the clams are in season, there are 2 traditional versions, one with and one without tomato sauce.
The Sicilian version tends to prefer the tomato base, especially since they can profit from the amazing Pacchino IGP tomatoes whose luscious, sweet flavours make the perfect complement for this dish.
