Produced by one of the finest balsamic vinegar houses in Modena, Compagnia del Montale the Vigna Bianca is the youngest in a series of 4 aged balsamic vinegars.
This is a classic everyday balsamic and can be used just like a normal wine vinegar, but yields a much more elegant and sophisticated taste. It is ideal for salads, dressings, combining with olive oil to create a dip or for using in gravies, stocks, meat sauces and for marinading. Yes, you can even use it on chips!
