Durum wheat flour is blended with fresh summer truffles from Umbria and then extruded by hand to make a delicious and original pasta.
The truffle taste is consistent yet subtle, which makes it a fabulous base flavour for hundreds of sauces. Perfect with both tomato and cream sauces.
TIP: For a stronger truffle flavour, add a little truffle oil or truffle butter just before serving.
