Granoro’s Cuore Mio pasta is made from a mixture of raw materials grown in Italy, good-quality durum wheat semolina and flour made from a particular barley cultivar with a high beta-glucan content. Wholegrain or whole wheat pasta, as the name suggests uses the entire wheat grain – the outer bran layer, the gerrm and the starchy center (which is the only part used in more common refined pasta). It also leaves you feeling satisfied for longer as it releases its sugars more slowly than refined pasta.
