This organic Linguini (little tongues) pasta is made from high quality durum wheat from the Girolomoni-Montebello organic farm in Le Marche. It is a long, flat pasta which is extruded through bronze dies to give it the perfect texture, you can see the rough surface in the photos.
Linguine combines well with all olive oil based sauces whether creamy or tomato based. Linguini is perfect with fish and meat sauces as well, better smooth rather than chunky.
