A superb version of the famous ‘drunken goat’ cheese from Murcia. A semi-soft goats cheese which is bathed in Murcia DO wines for two days. It has a striking dark red edible crust which contrasts superbly with the briliant white paste.
It is creamy with a mild flavour with a touch of tangy fruit and spice from the wine.
Perfect on its own with crusty bread and will become a favourite on the cheese board. Often eaten with beer or light red wines.
