Delicious small Santona anchovy fillets resting in olive oil are an absolute delicacy.

They are fished exclusively in Spring from the port of Santona on the Atlantic coast in Northern Spain (Bay of Biscay) and are arguably the finest anchovies in the world!

In true artisan tradition the anchovies are cleaned and salted immediately to maintain all their freshness and aromatic taste.

Try them as part of a fish tapas, on their own with toasted bread. They are superb in salads, sauces and sandwiches too!
