Razor Clams in Brine – Navajas – 115g


Another classic Spanish delicacy, delicious razor clams, so called as their long thin shells resemble the old barber’s razor.

These razor clams are meaty and full of flavour. They go particularly well with a simple seasoning.

Perfect as a starter or tapas with a drizzle of olive oil, vinegar and black pepper. Try them in a sald or with pasta too!

Try them with Salsa verde or aioli.
