It rests 12 months in the bottle and its youthful nature is full of bright citrus and sparkle.
DID YOU KNOW?
All Cavas are made Brut Nature, or without sugar. The regulations however allow up to 3 gr of sugar per litre to be added without indicating on the label.
Adding sugar to a brut nature is only justified when the cava is not “round” (balanced, with correct acidity). This is known as the makeup effect: the added sugar conceals imperfections!

Rests in caves 8m underground. Ecological certificate: CCPAE Origin denomination: Penedes (D.O.Cava)
Varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada Base wine: white DO Cava, elaborated under a low temperature fermentation at 16 degrees.
Aging: The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle, by traditional method with a minimum aging in the cava of 12 months.
Graduation: 11.5% Sugars: 0-3gr / l Brut Nature (without addition of added sugars) Type Bottle: Classical Cava 75cl
Note tasting: Pale yellow, fine and small bubbles. Well balanced in the varietal aromas, provided by its long aging. Well structured and soft in the mouth.
