Here you’ll find out multi award-winning Italian Pancetta!

We have a selection of the stesa or flat pancetta and arrotolata where the pancetta is rolled before curing.

As any cured meat, Pancetta is often sliced or cut into small cubes and eaten without cooking. Pancetta is also a magical ingredient in the kitchen adding delicious flavours to sauces and salads, we love it wrapped around meats before roasting.  It is popular in pasta dishes like Carbonara, though the more traditional choice would be Guanciale, it can also used to add depth to pasta and soups!

Our pancetta is cured with a mixture of seasonings and herbs including black pepper and gives superb results every time!
