Balsamic Vinegar

Balsamic Vinegar is a dark, concentrated and intensely flavoured vinegar which originates in Italy made from freshly crushed grape juice. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar can only be produced from Reggio Emilia and Modena, it is made from a reduction of pressed Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes.

True Balsamic Vinegar is glossy, rich, dark brown in colour with a complex flavour which balances the sour and sweet elements of the grape juice and the wood from the casks used to age the Balsamic Vinegar.
