Balsamic Vinegar is a dark, concentrated and intensely flavoured vinegar which originates in Italy and made only from freshly crushed grape juice.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar can only be produced from Reggio Emilia and Modena, where it is made from a reduction of pressed Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes and aged in different types of wood.
