This is a fabulous, special edition ‘perfume’ bottle of the much-loved orange label balsamic vinegar by Borgo.

This superb authentic aged balsamic vinegar sits in the middle of a set of 3, the yellow, the orange and the red labels from the Borgo del Balsamico. Each has its own unique character through aging. The orange is aged for a minimum of 4 years*.

Produced with the same loving care as the much more expensive traditional DOP balsamic vinegars, the orange label is a highly versatile aged balsamic condiment that combines perfectly with red meats, cold dishes, vegetables and risottos. Its subtle and mellow flavours produce a refined and delicate taste with the lovely flavours conferred by the wooden barrels during aging.
