Our Parmesan cheese has won many awards, it is a former World Champion and double gold winner at the Great Taste Awards. This Italian Parmesan cheese is produced in the mountain region between Modena and Bologna (perfect grazing for high quality milk) by a small cooperative of expert dairy farms. Available in ages ranging from 12, 24, 30, 36 to 42 months.

Parmigiano Reggiano has been referred to as “the King of cheese” and is made from the unpasteurised milk of cow’s. Whole milk is mixed with the naturally skimmed milk (made in large shallow tanks to allow the cream to separate) from the previous evening, this results in a part skim mixture. This mixture is then pumped into vats lined with copper, which evenly heats and contributes copper ions to the Parmesan cheese mix.
