This is delicious – somehow even more delicious than the sum of the ingredients ! We have it on small toasts, but equally would be great added to stew etc.

Really sumptuous and delicious pesto. Paired with Orecchiette pasta (to cup the sauce), and a well aged Parmesan it’s a winner.
