A lovely monovarietal white wine this Fill de la Pluja Blanco is made using Garnacha grapes from the D.O Terra Alta located in the west of the province of Tarragona (Catalonia, Spain).
With it’s shiny pale yellow colour, it has intense aromas of flowers and white fruits. It is silky and balanced with creamy notes and a balsamic aftertaste.
It is perfect to drink on it’s own or combined with fresh/grilled fish and seafood, pasta, rice and white meat. Serve between 6º C and 8º C.
